Job Description:
- Manage Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly CEO's schedule.
-Maintaining CEO’s agenda, planning appointments, board meetings & Events.
-Attending and minute all board meetings and arrange for the distribution of the minutes.
-Maintain the diary and arrange appointments as necessary.
-Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments.
-Day-to-day secretarial work to include typing, filing, faxes, telephone memos, and letters.
- Translating incoming letters, documents, articles by request.
- Storing and keeping all confidential information.
- Answering phones and directing the calls to the correct people, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate place.
-Draft routine correspondence for approval and signature by CEO.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports & presentations for CEO.
- Make travel arrangements, hotel reservations, fly tickets for CEO.
- Maintain electronic, paper records & information organized and easily accessible for CEO.
- Creating memos, reports and agendas as needed.
