• Guide and work with clients' teams on projects as per the designed approach, ensure adherence to project milestones and ensure timely delivery of agreed results.
• Conducting consulting assignments and training workshops onsite.
• Identifying issues/ bottlenecks and implementing solutions along with client teams.
• Ability to assist teams with data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Build and continuously update domain knowledge.
• Support knowledge management on creating/assimilating new methodologies, tools and techniques, as well as converting experiences on methodologies, tools and techniques, as well as converting experiences on projects into case studies for the organization.
• Supervise teams to ensure that execution of day-to-day work assignments are accomplished on time and within given requirements/standards
• Develop IMS (integrated management system) complying with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements for TE and its subsidiaries (telecom Egypt, WE data and Xceed).
• Lead the development of team to ensure service standards and capabilities are continually improved and upgraded.
• Suggest improvement of the QMS templates for continual alignment with business needs changes.
• Update, disseminate and control TE quality policy, quality objectives, policies, processes and forms to ensure Quality alignment and consistency of work.
• Plan for and perform internal/external audits and regular monitoring of KPIs across the organization, SLAs and records in order to verify and monitor the compliance to established quality standards and best practices.
• Risk management (develop mitigation and contingency plans addressing potential risks/opportunities associated with operations with domains’ stakeholders.
• Participate in analyzing and reporting audit results and process measurements to discover areas for improvement and consolidate audit reports for direct supervisor review and recommendations.
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and TE regulatory requirements through audits.
• Establish procedures/policies for TE’s new services “Mobile (Pre-paid & Post-Paid), VDSL, FTTH”.
• Review the implementation and efficiency of corporate QMS
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate quality tools to address improvement areas in the organization.
• Conduct business-process re-engineering/optimization using BPMN and follow-up on cross functional improvement initiatives.
• Proactively analyze data to identify potential problems and prevent them from occurring.
• Follow-up, of improvement actions assigned to other stakeholders.
• Eliciting, Communicating and agreeing on business requirements then controlling change with relevant stakeholders.
• Continuous improving quality management system through yearly quality innovation plans.
• Vendor Management (New parts Approvals, Compensation process and terms, improvement initiatives …etc.).
• Verify conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturing.
• Perform incoming goods control (local & import), product inspections, new parts approvals and reliability testing.
• Participating in improvement (Six Sigma) projects.
• Conducting periodic audits on company’s departments/suppliers.
• Monitoring Field Q-issues with corrective actions.
• Quarter overseas suppliers’ meetings for Q-issue/defects replacement management.
• Analyzing production line defects using Q-Tools with improvement plans.
• Monitoring QA KPI’s PRR (Part Return Rate), FFR (Field Failure Rate) & LRR (Lot Reject Rate).
• Hazardous substance management for material (RoSH).
• Controlling in house suppliers’ processes, production and KPIs
• Achieve LGE-Egypt Quality middle-ranking among global 22 subsidiaries 2016~2017
• Setting processes and controls for defected material compensation with LG overseas suppliers
1- Maintain quality management system implementation at all levels of organization according to ISO 9001 requirements (Internal audits, documents control, customer complains, etc.)
2-Create quality development plans
3-Handling customer complaints for internal and overseas customers for low, medium, high &extra high Voltage cables
4-Prepare and implement internal audit over all organization departments
5-Follow and investigate in any Non-conforming to create the suitable improvement plan.
6-Enhance sales orders documentation cycle with customers (technical drawings, specifications, test certificates, etc.)
