Manage all aspects of multiple projects and ensure that overall projects are aligned
and directly supports the achievement of the business strategic objectives.
* Provide leadership for project managers to meet project goals, adhering to their
responsibilities and project milestones.
* Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
* Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and presentations to various
audiences, including project team, sponsors, customers and key stakeholders.
* Creating pipeline forecasts for resource planning, revenue, profitability and margin.
* Partner management including involvement of personnel, technical delivery, support,
services, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives.
* Defining standards and governance for executing tasks associated with managing
projects across the company.
* Collaborating with internal partners on key process improvement activities and
ensuring these activities are integrated within the project portfolio as applicable.
* Collaborate and communicate with business partners to verify expectations are being
met.
* Management of internal governance meetings and presentations for senior
leadership and executive team.
* Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances
necessitate.

Manage and monitor the site inventory, construction and implementation process.
* Site quality, safety and process management.
* Managing, monitoring the performance of and working as part of a team of
engineers/planners.
* Undertaking site surveys, ensuring that objectives and deadlines are met.
* Responsible for the overall organization and management of implementing site
inventory management process.
* Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are
highlighted, addressed and resolved.
* Submit discrepancy analysis report and ensure off-set of site inventory before
Acceptance.
* Monitor the completeness and standardize of site inventory change record.
* Cooperate with finance and SCM on conducting quarterly stock taking.
* Output the inventory status report for project team.
* Issue report to the office for all go-live projects, to monitor the key activities for site
inventory management are fully implemented.
* Provides daily project inventory status report, monitor the integration and
standardization of site inventory and modification record.
* Check and control expenses and cost of project.
* Control of the provision and services acquired for the project.
* Support project manager managing projects and ensures that projects are delivered
on time, within budget and to agreed standards of quality.
