Responsible for 12 HSE supervisors deployed in the states of Sudan,
Analyze and address the causes of all the accidents that occur in the mining sector in Sudan,
Observe the environmental violations resulting from mining activities & affect the natural ecosystem,
Impose fines for those who violate and oblige them to mitigate the environmental damage,
Ensure the mining companies operate according to the EIA study which is presented to us as a main requirement before the company’s activity starts, by conducting inspection visits to the companies’ sites,
Provide awareness to miners and local communities about environmental hazards and how to deal with them.
Responsible for the HSE, quality, and hygiene matters,
Supervising each of the Replenishment trucks, Forklifts operations, cleaning operations & Scrap disposal,
Solve the technical and maintenance problems, Create and follow up the purchase orders & system requests.
Establishing health, safety, and environment department,
Design the safety forms, including HSE policy, risk assessment form, permit to work PTW,
Providing theoretical and practical safety training, about occupational and food safety,
Monitoring the performance and activating a strong system of disciplinary against the violations,
Provide EHS training sessions, theory, and practicals every 10 days for the staff who are coming to the site,
Study the mining environmental impact and suggest solutions,
Implement and activate the environmental management system in the work sites,
Prepare monthly reports about environmental issues and submit them to the Ministry of Minerals,
Monitoring all the mining processes, especially the production steps and uses of the cyanide,
Providing guidance to company staff for safe work procedures and cost-effective methods to minimize risks,
Site visits to assess potential risks and the implementation of EHS Policy,
Conducting periodic safety meetings and inspection of equipment that is used in daily activities,
Temperature, ventilation, and noise monitoring
Investigation of all accident types to find the root causes and recommend corrective actions,
Carrying out periodic inspections of all firefighting and fire alarm systems to ensure their efficiency.
Providing theoretical and practical training courses on Firefighting mechanisms, how to use firefighting equipment, and how to implement an emergency evacuation plan,
Carrying out periodic inspections of all firefighting equipment and fire alarm systems in all locations contracting with the company, to ensure the efficiency of their work.
