 Plan and execute the TPM schedules in a way that the annual set production targets can be met and plant efficiency and run ability is increased  Lead the Maintenance team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach and guide its members to ensure a workforce which is competent, engaged and enabled to meet Jotun's current and future needs  Responsible for maintenance of the whole factory in Ismailia site reporting to the Operation manager  Responsible for HSEQ within area of responsibility  Ensure professional proactive maintenance systems by implementing and sustaining the Belt program and JOS assessment level to uphold an optimal production environment.  Manage, monitor and update the maintenance system, plans, spare parts, personnel and costs.  Optimized equipment efficiency by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.  Evaluate and review all maintenance staff performance and establish staff development plan beneficial to the department.  Responsible for spare parts management by triggering all the spare parts and ensures the critical spares are effectively managed based on availability cost  Responsible for the maintenance of the handling devices like reach truck, forklift, hand pallet, drum lifters and EX Equipment  Responsible for maintenance of the raw materials warehouse and finished good warehouses.  Monitor and evaluate service contractors and review supplier performance.  Conducted regular audits of equipment condition, initiating repairs or replacements as required to maintain optimal asset health.  Led technical training sessions to increase team knowledge and skillset, elevating overall department capabilities.  Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality.  Organized and directed maintenance shutdowns and startups. Achievements:  Acting as maintenance manager and getting the yellow belt in the HSEQ global audit that held every 3 years.  Achieve the KPI for the maintenance department for 2022 and 2023 to be 99%.  Reduce the maintenance cost / liter in the factory during 2022 &2023&2024 and achieved the cost reduction target with machine efficiency.  Reduce the total machine stoppage during 2022, 2023 &2024 and increase the machines availability comparing with the last years.  Setting up the new factory data for machines, facilities, preventive maintenance program and spare parts on IFS system for Jotun.  starting up the new factory in 10th of Ramadan and Involved in the commissioning for Jotun new factory.  joined the global meeting for Jotun maintenance managers in Dubai 2024 as a maintenance manager from Egypt factory
