part of Khalifa Avenue main street project, I was responsible for planning and delivering all IT infrastructure needs for the staff during operations, supporting 600 active workers thought out 24 hours’ operation cycles, with minimum business interruption and under budget.
•Vendor evaluation and budgeting for different variety of IT projects, planning, requirements gathering, and building RQF “requests for proposal”, as well as conducting quarterly vendor evaluation and milestone checkpoints.
and administrating training Labs for over 1000 students a month, responsible to make sure the training computers are in good working conditions and satisfy the requirements for the class, installing required materials on machines and maintaining updates and hardware upgrades.
•Setting up exam centers Prometric and VUE, for examinations within certification Labs
•Budgeting for Lab capacity and planning Lab expansion, to match business growth, coordinating external ordering and support with vendors
facing role, supporting client in issuing cashier checks for account servicing.
