 Ensure implementation of the Project as per System specification and with the approved documentation, and submittal.
 Coordinate with the client’s engineers and end users, and attend workshop meetings with Main Contractor and System specialist for systems listed above, before granting approval for each design stage starting from concept design to preliminary, draft final, final and tender submissions.
 Responsible for review and approval of sub-contractor approvals
 Responsible for review and approval/rejection of technical (shop drawings, method statement, interface documents submittal) and material submittal from Contractors.
 Carry out technical evaluation of vendor/contractor proposals for systems/equipment under direct procurement by the client office.
 Random checks; witness factory and site Acceptance Tests; scheduled inspections, etc. on-site installations.
 Organizing and chairing of technical meetings with end users, client’s engineers, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
 Coordination with ETISALAT, Dubai TV, RTA - Dubai Metro, Immigration, Customs, and other government agencies
 Coordinate with all Third-Party Systems for interface issues related to FAS, BMS, Security access control, CCTV and other Electrical Systems (LCMS / ECBS / UPS / PMU and SCADA).
 Testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm System, Building Management System, Radio System, Master TV, Master Clock, GRCS, SCAS, CCTV, HITV, IVT and other Electrical Systems (LCMS / ECBS / UPS / PMU and SCADA).
 Preparing weekly and monthly reports of projects under implementation.
 Able to provide an optimum solution to minimize conflicts without deviating and scope of work.
 Monitor and check the quality of an ongoing sequence of work on site as per the project specification.
 Instrumental in finalizing the master plans for various ELV systems in Dubai International Airport including IT Network Infrastructure, Telephone Network, Fire Alarm, CCTV Systems and fiber optic ring backbone.
 Extend technical support to Close out the unit for handing over the completed projects to operators/maintenance team.
 Observe proper working procedures, office, and site safety regulations and be presentable for a healthy working environment.
 Team player in professional and coordination / better understanding with colleagues. Always ready to accept criticism and improve self-respect and confidence to trustworthy and healthy relationships with fellow team members. Has the capability to possess site supervision and coordination.
