Responsibilities at our work is repairing and fix all machines due to maintenance planning to provide all machines working under a best situation all the times
Responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery. They use computerized systems to oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs.
They are also involved in control and monitoring devices and occasionally in the manufacture of items that will help in maintenance.
Also plays a vital role in the efficiency, development and progress of manufacturing and processing industries.
And work with other professionals in order to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.
Typical work activities
Responsibilities and tasks vary from role to role involved in:
designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;
carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults;
diagnosing breakdown problems;
fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly;
carrying out quality inspections on jobs;
liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues;
arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components;
12- 13 Responsible for making all the mechanical production line Installation for high speed machines and with the most high technology. - Responsible to make training for the customer engineers and technician for how to operate the machine and how to make the light maintenance work for the machine.
14- Responsible to check all the machines inside Dubai for performance and to make the technical reports for the customer in Dubai and also for G.D Bologna.
15-To follow relevant legal requirements and the Company Health & Safety Policy.
16-To keep work area tidy and free from hazards.
17-Report and address any safety defects.

Job title: Mechanical Maintenance manager.
Responsibilities: 1- Responsible for testing and troubleshooting all systems mechanical hardware and implement design modifications in agreement with the Project Engineering Team and Change Control procedures.
To participant in the project risk assessments and project kick off meetings.
2- Responsible for definition of the system logic work closely with the design engineering team.
3-Responsible for troubleshooting all mechanical drawings based on established design.
And implement design modifications in agreement with the Project Engineering.
4-Responsible for the generation and implementation of written Commissioning procedures, including
acceptance test procedures.
5-Responsible for documenting system modifications and conveying modification details back to Project Engineering, through the correct Change Control procedures.
7-Responsible for training customer personnel in the proper operation of the Production line. Must
prepare training materials for various production line Systems Technologies, including the provision of
Standard Service Products relating to the specific technology.
8-Ready to travel to specified sites (both domestic and international) to perform commissioning and service activities. Travel takes place on evenings or weekends as required meeting the customer's need.
9-Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customer. While performing service, and must
make sound technical decisions to meet customer requirements while maintaining machine's commercial
interests. Independently resolves adverse situations constructively.
10-Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of Commissioning Reports, Time Tracking, Site
Visit Reports, Expense Reports and other business related documents. Work as part of the service team when required.
11-Responsible for training Customers', Company's Distributor engineers' in the correct use and maintenance procedures for Production line, including the generation and use of Service Manuals.
