Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization's technology strategy in alignment with the business's overall goals and objectives, Lead the development, testing, and implementation of new technologies and systems, Manage and maintain the organization's existing technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, Oversee the organization's cybersecurity eforts to ensure the protection of sensitive data and systems, Collaborate with other executives to identify opportunities to use technology to improve business processes and operations, Manage the technology department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staf, Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners, Monitor industry trends and new technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to support the organization's goals and objectives, Ensure that the organization's technology systems comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
