In this role, I was responsible for Manage daily operations of the IT IN Branches or Office, Performing Complete Loading process.
•Provide Technical support for H.H users with H.H devices, portable printers or system issues.
•Monitoring performance of end user devices and Network.
•Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Troubleshooting technical issues, Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults, Identifying hardware and software solutions, Resolving network issues, installation & configuration of a company's computer hardware operating systems and applications, Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues, Provides support for fingerprint machines and attendance systems, Ensuring the efficiency of networks and printers and Doing Support to Sales operation.

I worked for two years as a First-Lieutenant engineer in the information system branch of the Egyptian Armed Air Forces. During this time, I gained valuable experience in a variety of areas, including providing technical support, troubleshooting network issues, and managing the process of receiving, testing, and implementing information systems equipment for the Air Forces.
