rig less operation.
• Plan the future well intervention actions for Dikirnis On shore wells and Ashrafi offshore wells,
in order to increase fields productivity with least expenses and budget.
• Succeeded to maintain EL-Ashrafi off shore wells production through Re-opening closed SSD
and perform water shut off jobs.
• Creating a new allocation sheet to improve production rates evaluation with high accuracy.
• Managed remote field operations with effective communication practices and concise
completion prognosis.
• Diagnose/Solve offshore production lines blockage.
Selecting the best effective well intervention remedial actions for production enhancement.
• Well completion design: Open-hole and cased hole gravel pack, Horizontal completion
including ICDs, ESP and gas lift completion.
• Perform Cost Analysis and develop AFE's in accordance with company guidelines and budget
constraints.
• Training new comers and handle tasks between team members.
• Develop and maintain relationships between Operations department and other departments in
the company
Like (finance, HSE and Contract departments).
• Handel Invoices issues/problem between the company and contractors.
• Well Modeling using prosper and pan system also network modeling through Pipesim.
• Sand management including production forecasting, production control and monitoring.
• Reporting and presenting final project results for top management.
• Preparing tender package and performing market survey.
• Reservoir Management and production optimization.
• Have good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to guide others
