Job Purpose:
To mentor junior site engineers and supervisors, as well as to supervise day-to day site
work, follow up on all contractor and sub-contractor performance till end of project to ensure the project design applied correctly on time, with safety and quality standards and
provide technical advice and solving problems on site, in order to efficiently and
effectively carry out the construction process.

Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the
junior engineers and supervisors.
• Organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Check and handover all subcontractor work to QA/Qc Department.
• Plans the resources for execution of work with junior engineers and supervisors to meet different deadlines.
• Enforce health, safety and sustainability policies.
• Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.
• Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required.
• Study zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours
requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule.
• Coordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site.
• Coordinate and organize the ongoing activities with other trades executed in the same area.
• Reviewing the shop drawings and AS built from technical office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Plan the project execution, prepare detailed look ahead schedules based on project schedule, in coordination with Construction Manager.
• Ensure the construction site is prepared and set up correctly, including site clearance, excavation, and safety measures.
• Coordinate with surveyors to establish site benchmarks and layout.
• Manage and supervise operations team of engineers.
• Oversee all construction activities on-site.
• Ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to construction teams on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to ensure timely project delivery.
