Job Purpose:
To mentor junior site engineers and supervisors, as well as to supervise day-to day site
work, follow up on all contractor and sub-contractor performance till end of project to ensure the project design applied correctly on time, with safety and quality standards and
provide technical advice and solving problems on site, in order to efficiently and
effectively carry out the construction process.
Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the
junior engineers and supervisors.
• Organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Check and handover all subcontractor work to QA/Qc Department.
• Plans the resources for execution of work with junior engineers and supervisors to meet different deadlines.
• Enforce health, safety and sustainability policies.
• Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.
• Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required.
• Study zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours
requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule.
• Coordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site.
• Coordinate and organize the ongoing activities with other trades executed in the same area.
• Reviewing the shop drawings and AS built from technical office.
Project: Light Rail Transit (10th of Ramadan Railway).
Owner: The National Authority for Tunnels (NAT).

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Plan the project execution, prepare detailed look ahead schedules based on project schedule, in coordination with Construction Manager.
• Ensure the construction site is prepared and set up correctly, including site clearance, excavation, and safety measures.
• Coordinate with surveyors to establish site benchmarks and layout.
• Manage and supervise operations team of engineers.
• Oversee all construction activities on-site.
• Ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to construction teams on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of work, materials, and equipment to ensure they meet
specified standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to design standards and specifications.
• Implement safety policies and procedures on-site, ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with relevant safety regulations and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess project requirements.
• Track and report on the progress of construction work to project managers or superiors.
• Identify and address delays, issues, and deviations from the project plan.

budget.

• Maintain accurate records of comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, daily reports, inspections, and correspondence.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders, including management, clients, and regulatory authorities.

• Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues.

Work as an Infrastructure Engineer, the project is to build a sewage plant.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all activities (Civil - Arch - Infrastructure).
• Ensure that all works carried out meet companys quality standards.
• Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule.
• Work as one team with project manager and other engineers.
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing labor attendance and productivity.
• Ensure project specifications are fulfilled that company regulations are being adhered to.
• Manage the work on site and solve any problems.
• Follow up on the construction of manholes and installation of pipes.
• Ensure good environmental, safety and health practices are always carried out.
• Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintaining records and documentation for project management and reporting.
• Maintaining a digital photo data base of the site to meet record requirements and
management defined marketing needs.
