 Prepare project schedule, update and revise according to project requirements and
parameters.
 Prepares cost estimate. Weekly & monthly progress report.
 Coordination and provide inputs to the Design Engineers & Architects regarding the
status of the project & the implementation of the Approved for Construction Plan.
Implements communicating accurately and timely information to the Client and
project team regarding the status and progress of the project.
 Direct, coordinate and monitors the day to day activities of the site supervision team.
 Ensure that all the work is performed strictly in accordance with its Drawings,
Specifications and Contract Conditions.
 Coordination of other projects requirements and partially managing the
Company as well.

 Renewal and Replacement the Fences on CFA Piles, Eltaadya Bridge constructions,
and main constructions for Cooling tower Filter System.
 Preparing CAD drawings for the project as a structural engineer.
