Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
-Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
-Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
-Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates. -Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final negotiation.
-Maintain database of candidate records.
-Provide coaching and guidance to junior-level recruiting staff.
-attend job fairs and recruitment events.
-Ability to organize skills assessment (e.g. job simulation activities, work samples, and IQ/EQ tests).
-Organizing internal transfers (post internal jobs, interviews, approvals)
