Responsible for the full employee onboarding process (contract, medical insurance, life insurance, orientation, IT and admin requests) Handling all required matter on (GOSI, Labor Oce, Qiwa, Mudad and Chamber of Commerce) Processing all employee benets and compensations request (loans and business trip payment) Providing a monthly report to HR manager explaining what have been done Recording the employees annual evaluations Preparing annual increment for employees based on their evaluation Updating database entries of employees details Preparing and providing letters for employees (Salary Statement Certicate, Warning Letter, Experience Certicate and Clearance Letter) Preparing HR announcements Answering and supporting in all employees inquiries Monitoring and approving the employees leaves Verifying medical reports Maintaining employees records Secretary for Audit Committee Preparing the requested reports for Saudi Central Bank Handling ight tickets and hotel reservations for employees Working on Saudization plan for departments Purchasing oce supplies and furniture Providing business card for employees Working on annual leaves plan for the departments
