Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets
• Manage day-to-day activities of the team (briefing, feedback and, monitoring) and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate agents in a high pressure job environment
• Develop agent skill sets and manage personal development goals for the agents
• Manage shrinkage & attrition for their respective teams as per the process and organizational goals.
• Conduct meetings regularly to ensure open communication and devise an action plan to address issues/ concerns raised by the team (Internal & Client requirements)
• Respond and resolve issues arising out of work or from within the team or across departments that may have a bearing on team effectiveness

• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Face book, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

Supervising and organizing and enhancing team work in the hospital to carry out the police and marketing plan to improve level of services and permanent communication with department manager of marketing and permanent access to the technical development of production research and research of study of marketing and method of marketing and permanent coordination with them make plan for development and innovation continuously.

Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers business. Handles business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal. Communicates with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency in typing and grammar. Makes financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjusts customer accounts. May be required to achieve a sale quota. Has broad working knowledge of AT&T practices and operations and demonstrates continued and consistent proficiency in most of the skill sets utilized within the Host Call Center. May assist management with scheduling and tracking of the workforce and vacation schedules in accordance with set Company guidelines and requirements. May assist in training new employees. Performs other duties as assigned by management
