• Determine what sales activities to adjust in response to any client interaction, third party advisor feedback or new competitor activity.
• Ensure alignment of the bidding team across sales work streams, including solution elements, pricing, legal and commercial.
• Manage the creation of proposal materials (RFI, RFP, etc.) and manage other key events in the buying process including oral presentations, site visits…etc.
• Provide PMO support including scheduling communications and meetings, managing the bid process and timeline, capturing and managing risk, actions, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure deal compliance with internal controls and drive all required internal approvals in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage the opportunity in and accurately forecast and manage business development costs.
• Manage relationships with teaming partners, subcontractors, third parties and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Preparing full solution roadmap for any integrated system

• Analyzing customer data prior of implementing Authentication Systems, ERP and ECM Solutions, in addition to generating insightful reports that illustrate the need and quantify the benefits of using document authentication by utilizing secure dynamic signature engine along with the digital signature and digital certification solutions
• Providing analysis report in order to complete the RFP, Benchmarking, and other studies required by customers, presents the solution to the customers.
• Participating in the exhibitions of information systems, for example Financial Technology Summit & Meetings - Middle East (Dubai 2008, 2009) ( Al Manamah 2010 ), GITEX Technology week ( Dubai 2008, 2009, 2010), Kingdom e Government summit ( Riyadh 2011, 2012).
