• Ensure execution of works according to approved drawings, and specifications (Excavation Works - Concrete Works Finishing - Infrastruction Works).
• Ensure that materials used meet specifications and established standards of quality.
• Conducting concrete tests before pouring.
• Review contractors’ Invoices.
• Supervise and manage construction crew and subcontractors at the project site.
• Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• In addition to technical office works (Subcontractor Invoices + Quantity Surveying).
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervision on two villas and monitoring the site labor force and the works of any subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.
