Key Project to Credit:
• Involved in Sha’ban Industrial Project, one of the major projects executed in 4 phases at a total cost of about 72 million Sudanese pounds: The project consisted of construction of roads, water networks, sewerage, street lighting, sidewalks, large factories, machine foundations, towers and chimneys, administrative and residential buildings, with multiple floors and service facilities, hotel for senior management and expats from different countries for working in projects and industries.
• Successfully constructed a number of gables for expansion of manufacturing lines, machine foundations and expansion lines in factories for manufacturing of metals, cables, vehicles, heavy machinery within Glad Industrial city.

Highlights:
• Succeeded in award of ISO 9001 Certification for the company in the year 2005.
• Rehabilitated a number of buildings and resolved sewerage and water leakage issues.

• Was responsible for fulfillment of the objectives of the company by implementation of business strategies approved by the Board of Directors.

• Resolved all technical problems, which cropped up during execution of projects, with guidance from consultant and senior management for timely completion.
• Exercised control on quality of work so that project specifications and international standards laid down were fulfilled without any additional cost.
• Ensured that the building embankments in the airport’s runways as well as in Abu Khurais Petrol Refinery Street were done properly for complete safety of the buildings.
• Regularly followed up the actual progress of work with the contractors responsible for construction work of Kadguli airport for completion of project as per schedule.
• Supervised asphalt work of roads in both Kadugli airport as well as white petrol refinery to improve durability and ensure cost control.
