Responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure, Applications and Quality for an organization. Typical job duties include:

Achievements
• Managed Customer at the Heart Program for CAE Bank, with complete upgrade Siebel CRM, complete implementation of IBM UNICA enterprise marketing management system and Implement Oracle Social Relationship Management (SRM) system with program budget as USD 2, 964, 000
Scope: Manage operational targets of service quality, resource fulfillment, business operation, business controls compliance, and financial and productivity that include support service quality, resources management, delivery management, business controls, and pre sales activities to Orange Egypt. Report to Telco industry manager and manage 12 Siebel CRM and 16 Oracle eBS team members.
• Operated support value project with 700, 000 USD annually.
• Gained new contract with Orange Egypt with seven million USD as a result of an effectively managed operation support.
• Generated not less than 200, 000 USD annually from changing requests.
• Solved 45 pending trouble tickets within two months.
Scope: Handle all projects-related activities such as managing integration projects, developing and maintaining project plan, identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues, creating projects SLA, OLA, and KPIs, and ensuring post implementation. Report to program director and head nine team members including four of different nationalities and locations.
• Managed data charging application for Wataniya Telecom (Kuwait) with nine million USD.
• Implemented many projects such as Cisco integration and data billing in one year.
• Increased the revenue of data charging of Wataniya Telecom to represent up to 40% of the total revenue.
Scope: Facilitate the exposure of process data from functional experts and the user community, provide mapping between existing processes and proposed replacement processes as well as designing and normalizing the logical data models and reporting to professional services manager.
• Delivered the required data warehouse (RDW) in two projects CIB (risk management) and Xceed (call center).
• Decreased risk calculation time from three to one month in CIB.
• Prepared mapping document for customer data generated from around 20 applications to be in data warehouse.
Scope: Manage all IT operations including billing, CRM, provisioning, mediation, network administration, data base administration, system administration, and help desk. Report to managed service director and head 60 team members.
Achievements:
• Managed Zain Iraq project with a total value of 1.3 million USD gained from operations.
• Managed the operation of providing a solution with five million USD.
• Decreased trouble tickets by 50%.
I did complete project planning, including recourse planning, with team of 8 professionals; we successfully delivered a robust system on time.
