I was employed with Hewlett Packard – India when Jennifer Dsa joined the same Service Desk client – British telecom that I was already assigned to as a Learning and Development Specialist. Her enthusiasm and commitment was obvious when we worked together on few Service Improvement Plans and independent Projects for the desk. I believe Jennifer Dsa is methodical, organized and very creative. Her ability to gather information, clearly understand and then articulate complex technologies make her a strong manager and a decision maker. She can be counted on to deliver exceptional support and guidance to the technical team. Her ability to connect with people, inspire the audience and presentation skills are to be appreciated. While working with Jennifer I felt she is very keen with her follow ups and ability to resolve employee issues as a manager and as a friend.
