• To officiate as head of department in the absence of GM plant.
• To assign related works to all subordinates.
• To plan and approve overtime in different sections of plant keeping in view the dispatch targets but at the same time, taking into consideration the additional cost of overtime.
• To select the employees for the plant in the consultation of GM plant.
• To approve all requisition of plant for the issuance of tooling, spares and consumables from store.
• To ensure and execute all production activities in all sections of plant for smooth operation and keeping in view the orders in hand for all local and export customers.
• To ensure that the operation of all machines are trouble free and other equipment to minimize the production loss in terms of machine down time.
• To look after the preventive maintenance and break down maintenance of furbanes.
• To ensure that the quality of products are maintained according to the laid down specification and standards.
• To encourage and initiate improved team work amongst the subordinates and workers for higher levels of productivity.
• To observe safety rukes and procedures and to conduct the on job training program for staff and workers.
• To conduct quarterly ISO Internal Audits in all over the company.
• To ensure compliance of ISO standards in PM plant and review the record /documents for any required changes.
• Plant Coordinator for QMS, EMS and VIP (Vendor Improvement Program)..
• To Lead first aid team in company as a permanent team member of ERT(Emergency Response Team)
