1- Administrative Responsibilities and Duties:
a. Prepare reports on the activities and functions assigned to my manager in accordance with the Institute's approved reporting system, and submit the reports on the fixed dates and as per the request of the direct Manager.
b. Supervise the Section and ensure work progression in accordance with the regulations.
c. Submit periodical reports to the management on the actual accomplishment compared to the planned, and, in addition, the reports should indicate the obstacles facing the Section.
d. Maintain the confidentiality of information, which I obtain during the performance of my job.
e. Safeguard and protect the Institute's assets, including optimal use of the resources under the managers supervision.
f. Ensure that the approved standards are being observed through follow-up and analysis of the periodical reports, and take appropriate decisions to avoid or to compensate for fault and negligence.
g. Organize and keep information, data, and documents, and take the decision within the authorities vested in me. Such information and documents shall be maintained in a manner that facilitates easy access and reference.
2- Organizational Functional and Duties
a. Supervise policymaking processes, and the procedures relating to the work, and suggest future modifications that suit the adopted Institute's regulations.
b. Identify the problems and obstacles facing performance of the work, and report them to the direct manager
c. Demonstrate knowledge of quality standards and best practice; open to new ideas, builds partnerships for learning and knowledge sharing.
d. Promote collaboration and facilitates teamwork across HITH IT teams and its external service providers; is tactful, diplomatic and works with integrity, honesty and respect for others.
e. Display exceptional listening, analytical skills to understand HITHs Office of Technology needs, concerns, and the ability to respond promptly and effectively to these needs.

- provides hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.

Troubleshooting Computers and Servers
- Daily Reports
- Technical documentation
- Installing Network Switches and Crimping Network Cables
- Supporting Employees Out of the Office
- Troubleshooting Directory Service
- Manage client’s configuration and setting.
- Install and update all necessary software drives.
- Install NID / E-Passport versions.
- NID/e-Passport configuration and setting
- Training and guiding NID/e-Passport staff
- Troubleshooting NID/e-Passport issues
- Observing all equipments in the server room
- Support for application on sites as NID-National Identifier Project- at General Passport Department in Libya and vehicles’ test Project Department of Vehicle Licensing also in Libya
- Provide Daily Report about sit status and any changes in which appear in the site.
- Support for the all windows environments and local network
- Maintain all Network Devices exist on the site
- Documents network problems and resolution for future reference
- Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning
- Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks
- Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices
- Implement, configuration, and deployment windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and windows server 2003, Active Directory, client Join on the Domain and others.
Implementation, configuration, and deployment Visual Studio 2003 and SQL Server 2005 suite
Technical support for all network devices and pc's, to improve and increase the company efficiency.
Students in this program complete a curriculum strong in essential IT coursework, along with statistics and science courses. Students may also be able to choose between a supervised internship, laboratory studies or a research-based senior thesis to fulfill practical experience requirements.
