• Act as a trusted business partner to all business units, and align HR activities with business needs in the areas of Recruitment, Personnel, Performance Appraisal, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits
• Develop, implement and retain Compensation & Benefits programs that ensure employees are fairly and competitively remunerated in line with their performance contribution
• Drive the attraction, retention and professional growth of the company talent pool
• Deploy recruiting strategies that allow for appropriate candidate identification
• Ensure an effective and efficient HR operating and reporting process to meet business needs at both company and holding group needs
• Manage payroll cycle end to end
• Manage and ensure that all Personnel and Employee Relations activities are in compliance with local labor laws
• Manage the employees grievances, misconducts, investigations, adherence to company rules and regulations.
• Support LDNs Business Continuity Plan - key member of the local Emergency Management Team
• Ensure all HR Policies & Procedures are updated and documented and audit ready at all times
• Act as a liaison between holding company (Mobinil) and subsidiary (LINKdotNET) on all HR related aspects.
Recruitment activities include; but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement recruitment and selection programs, plans, policies and procedures
• Direct the recruitment function in developing sources of qualified applicants
• Develop and maintain contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants
• Manage on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs
• Manage internship program as well as employee relocation and internal job posting programs
• Prepare and send monthly payroll sheet of New Hires/Internal Moves to payroll team for execution
• Analyze yearly turnover % alongside with ER to address/change top reasons
Extra HR activities include:
• Develop an induction program for New Hires to the Company
• Develop and implement an internal Training Center for LinkdotNet employees covering Soft Skills and technical courses by certified internal trainers
• Supervise internal/external recruitment activities, staff, plans, assessment center, policies and procedures with highest quality standards (ISO 9001:2000 and COPC-2000®)
• Administer, review, analyze and update annual manpower forecast
• Develop and maintain ongoing pooling with educational institutes and placement firms
• Represent HR in new business/expansions projects
• Develop and update job descriptions
• Administer performance appraisal and assessment center final selection programs and ensure they are carried out periodically and effectively
• Carried out screening, interviewing & selection of candidates for various positions, as well as coordinating interview schedules and preparing assessments to clients
• Implement a proper filing & archiving system of the Recruitment Unit database
• Assist training department in preparing training materials and statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors.
• Ensure proper and quality implementation of ongoing Projects.
• Involved in compiling, editing and data collection required for submitting projects’ proposals and progress reports.
• Contributed in issuing of SEKEM monthly magazine and involved in different organizational aspects of conferences, workshops, and public relations events.
