All Office Related IT Servers/Hardware /Systems /Software.
Procurement of Spares for the all the above said machinery.
Finalization of all Rentals for the above said machinery.
Monitoring with Supplier and with site for timely supply/ completion of Material/work as per the Specified project schedule.
Contracts:
• Procurement of all different packages related to this project within the stipulated time.
• Involved in all Techno Commercial Discussions and Finalized all the major Sub-Contracts of the project. Like, MEP / Low Voltage works /Electrical etc.
• Procurement of different kinds of Ceiling/Gypsum works/Furniture/Doors/Door Hardware/Sanitary Fittings/Light Fittings etc. related works for the Project.
• Procurement /Sourcing of Specialized STONE/MARBLE/TILES -Internationally from all reputed makes depending upon the Project specification which primarily calls for ANSI standards.
Procurement of all types of material required for all ongoing projects in India
Capital Assets:
• CRANES / MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT /EARTH MOVING EQUIPMENTS /DG SETS/PILING RIGS/SELF LOADING MIXERS/CONCRETE MIXERS/TRANSIT MIXERS /BACHING PLANTS /HMM PLANTS/CRUSHERS/CONCRETE PUMPS /SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT etc.
Civil Jobs/Contracts:
• MEP Jobs like FIRE ALARM/DETECTION SYSTEM /PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM /EPABX & LAN Systems /CCTV including INTEGRATED BUILDING MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS /HVAC /PLUMBING etc for all the Infrastructure Jobs executed by NCC.
• Specialized in Hospital oriented projects like Nurse call System, Medical Gas pipe Line System, X ray View Boxes and dealt with many International makes like ROULAND… for completion of Projects in time with Profits executed by NCC .
• Procurement of Specialised TILES / STONE/FALSE CEILING / SANITARY /CP FITTINGS & OTHER CIVIL related materials on Project Basis.
