Links Middle East was started with the vision of catering to the African market by exporting all kinds of consumer goods. My profile is to obtain business from the African market by building a database of reliable buyers and taking the company to the African continent.
Over a period of 1 year:
1. Our team has appointed distributors for Energizer Energy Drink in Ghana & Liberia.
2. We have supplied consumer goods (food & non food) to Sierra Leone & Ghana.
3. We have completed a merger of a local group with one of the biggest manufacturers of mattresses in East Africa.
4. We also have trade relations with Oman wherein we are supplying household goods. We also have presence in the local market wherein we are distributing our Energy Drink.
Received training from the dispatcher in order to learn about flight planning.
Working closely with the rest of the Network Control Centre, and learning about different aspects of planning, as well as the operations side of the field.
Underwent training at Subway Branch. I learned how to carry out all the following tasks:
1) Serving the customers
2) Managing sales and data entries
3) Storing and ordering food supplies
4) Preparing various schemes and promotions
Underwent training in order to learn the methods of sale. A large part of the sector included imported mannequins. Learnt to form Ledgers, and cross checked various sales data stored on the system and the expenses carried out by the company.
Took part in the following activities: 1. Cricket - Played for my School in various competitions 2. Football & Basketball- Played for my school club 3. Dancing - Represented my society in various competitions Obtained blue blazer which is given to academic over achievers for 3 years running.
