Set up the HR system through developing HR policies and procedures

Ensure that the organization have the required talent through recruitment of qualified candidates
Manage employment contracts for full time and part time employees
Create and maintain employee files and the necessary databases
Implement HR policies and advice management and employees regarding these policies
