• Management of Health, Safety, and Environmental for around 70 employees on daily onshore-offshore activities.
• Responsible for the Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements in response activities and in normal duties including establishing Safety zones, PPE, Decontamination, general overall safety, site access, Hazard Identification, Pollution prevention & control, and preparing the Site Safety and Health Plan according to ADNOC Health Safety and Environmental Management Manual of Code of Practices.
• Monitoring and assessing hazardous, unsafe situations, developing measures to assure personnel safety. Environmental Management, Environmental Survey, Environmental monitoring plan, Environmental Inspection, waste Management, and implementation to the concern pollutant areas before and after the response activities including reporting and record keeping requirements.
• Responsible to oversee and implement the protection, containment, and cleanup activities established in the Incident Action Plan. Providing appropriate cleanup recommendations as to the types of the various shorelines & the degree to which they have been impacted.
• Risk Assessment and Incident Investigations study Reporting, and for the onshore-offshore activities.
• Organizing emergency response exercises, and drills.
• Coordinate collection, documentation, storage, transportation, and analysis of different oil and Environmental samples in ADNOC Laboratories.
• Planning, survey, response, manages the groups of personnel, preparing the documents and reports (situation reports, survey forms, final report etc.)
• Participates with Terminal Oil Spill Coordinator in the preparation of contingency plans.
• Assists in the development of Pollution Control and Safety Training Courses.
• Safety awareness for all employees in the sites.
