Job Description:

1- Liaise with Heads of School and auspicing partners with regard to confirmation of all matters associated with completion of units and eligibility for graduation at all levels from Foundation to Degree.
2- Prepare associated documentation for PUC endorsement of Diploma and Degree qualifications.

Responsibilities:

a- Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
b- Performs the administrative activities necessary to ensure smooth flow of work.
c- Responds to inquiries requiring a general understanding of work-area policies and procedures. Ensures inquiries are addressed and resolved.
d- Resolves non-routine problems in a thorough and timely manner; uses discretion and knows who to go to in order to resolve issues and complete tasks. Requires analysis and interpretation of situations, and selection of approaches based on precedent in similar situations.
e- Follows the college rules and regulations
f- Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the department.
g- Provide support related to student graduation activities:


- Identification and preparation of anticipated graduate lists in liaison with Head of Department.
- Follow up any missing documentation from potential graduates.
- Assists in checking the accuracy of all files, information and documents of graduating students.
- Preparation of verification of award eligibility paperwork for confirmation by Head of Department and endorsement by Dean.
- Compile final graduate lists relating to each auspicing partner for submission through Manager - Admission and Registration Unit.
- Check that all approvals to Graduate have been received prior to submission of folder to PUC and issuance of ACK testamurs and graduate transcripts.
- Prepare folders and graduates lists for submission through Manager - Admission and Registration Unit to PUC for endorsement of ACK qualifications.
- Assists in updating graduating students with information related to their graduation, files and others.
- Prepares files and information needed by the Private Universities Council in regards to graduating students.

h- Undertake other duties as required by the Dean.

** Assisting the new students in the process of admissions.
** Assisting in all the marketing department events and booths, starting from the communication, arranging and participating in the event it self. Including explaining about the ACK programs and distributing the handouts. And also social media announcements.
