ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE IN KHARAITIYAT AND IZGHAWA PHASE 1 - PACKAGE 1

• Coordinate the material submission for various test on materials like ASPHALT, SOIL,
• AGGREGATE, CONCRETE, STEEL PRODUCTS, BITUMEN etc.
• Monitors In situ testing for materials associated with concrete, soil, asphalt works etc.,
• Ensures all lab equipment are certified and calibrated.
• Coordinate with construction team for the preparation of material Sampling & testing.
• Ensure accurate material submission of suppliers and contractors for approval.
• Ensure the site works and material management is complying the standards and project specifications.
• Preparing and maintaining all quality records, Logs for sampling
• Ensure that the quality of the work is delivered as per the company Quality Plan.
• Manage internal & third-party laboratory sampling and testing activity to support the operations and ensure the suitability of materials.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC Engineer to ensure all inspections and delivery in accordance with ITP’s.
• Analyze supplier and material performance to identify causes of problems and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results to determine potential areas of improvement.
• Deal with the site team for closing NCRs on time and follow up the works.
• Maintain logs for the samples collected and follow-up the test result.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of team members.

Roads & Infrastructure In North Of Mall Of Qatar Area & Celebration Road Package 2

• Here roles and responsibilities are to ensure project quality system is applied during pavement construction.
• Assisting Engineer in Drawing Review. Pavement evaluation using available technology and equipment, Understanding Operating Procedures (NCR, ITP, IR, etc.), Supervise.
• Participate and direct sampling and testing\analysis of all pavement materials per the contract and the specifications, Inspection of finished pavement works and assist in preparation of snag list/completion of works/maintenance schedule for maintenance period, follow up and verify implementation of corrective actions,
• Track and review the site testing and certificates of compliance, ensure inspection and checking of all delivered materials to site for conformance to the project requirements and approval, Understanding of General, Project specification and international standards (AASHTO, BS, and ASTM, etc).

ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE RIW 055 MAUITHER ARAE ROAD IMPROVEMENT
• Coordinate with contractor QA QC team for the preparation of material Sampling & testing.

• Ensure the site works and material management is complying the standards and project specifications.

• Ensure that the quality of the work is delivered as per the company Quality Plan.

ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE FOR GOVERNMENT RESIDENTIAL DIVISION PROJECT IN SOUTH OF WUKIR (INTERIM MEASURE-P10) (QS 036)
Responsibility
• Coordinate with procurement department for the preparation of material submittal in line with the project requirements.
• Ensure accurate material submission of suppliers and subcontractors for approval.
• Ensure the site works and material management is complying the standards and project specifications.
• Preparing and maintaining all quality records, Logs for sampling, testing and submissions to GEC
• Addressing SC comments related to materials and site activities and guides the team for improvement.
• Manage internal & third-party laboratory sampling and testing activity to support the operations and ensure the suitability of materials.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC Engineer to ensure all inspections and delivery in accordance with ITP’s.
• Analyze supplier and material performance to identify causes of problems and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results to determine potential areas of improvement.
• Provide technical advice and direction to plant and project team about the materials.
• Manage the NCRs from the consultant and prepare documents & evidence for closure.
• Deal with the site team for closing NCRs on time and follow up the works.
 Raise inspection request as per the site works and prepare test requests as per the project requirements.
• Make logs for the samples collected and follow-up the submissions with the consultant.
• Deal with the subcontractor’s material submissions/End user approval and material quality issues.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Follow up Inspection request with the test result for clearance and monthly payment submittals.

PROJECT: ROAD IMPROVEMENT IN HAIL AREA INCLUDING GROUP 16

INTERCHANGE AND LINK ROAD HAIL TO AL JOUF HIGHWAY

Responsibility
• Coordinates the Sample Submission for the running projects.
• Daily and weekly checking of all material used on site for compliance, availability, and quality.
• Coordinate the material submission for various test on materials like ASPHALT, SOIL,
• AGGREGATE, CONCRETE, STEEL PRODUCTS, BITUMEN etc.
• Prepare RFIA and getting approval from consultant for the tests.
• Monitors In situ testing for materials associated with concrete, soil, asphalt works etc.,
• Ensures all lab equipment is certified and calibrated.
• Review and propose concrete trail mix design and asphalt mix design.
• Review and propose material submittal, also maintain the material sample library.
• Ensure that the quality of the work is delivered as per the company Quality Plan.
• Supervise Technicians in the lab for Material Testing in site Laboratory.
• Coordinate the test activities and the preparing the reports in site lab.
• Provided Technical support to the Technicians in the Laboratory.
• Manage laboratory activities to secure high eficiency and efective organizational Performance.
