Working as a Trainer in online service filed, to deliver better ways and methods in related service, and enlightening the trainees regarding use of service app, beside company policies, standards and requirements, through 6 training sessions in a day, in addition to above helping the management to improve training methods by planing and training new joiners to the trainers group.
my duties contains the following:
Maintain clients orders through in house built E-system
• Receiving and processing of clients orders/requests.
• Providing quotations to clients.
• Provide assistance to the clients related to their orders/requests.
• Make necessary arrangements for client’s meetings.
• Tracking accounts receivable and follow up with clients on the outstanding payments.
• Provide updates to clients on their orders/requests status.
• Scanning in all relevant new documents.
• Upload the documents in the workflow & documents management system.
• Sharing the documents with all the concerned.
• Dispatching of documents to clients, consultant & other concerned.
• Communicate with clients.
• Checking dispatch documents are accurate.
• Maintain the system for filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents.
• Maintain clients e.g. FORD, Deloitte, Intersystems, Arabian Production, Amideast, Commvault, DeepCloud, Quincy International projects related details through Workflow & Document management system.
• Tracking the validity of above client’s legal files through documents management system.
• Inform clients about their legal files renewals.
• Upon renewals, upload and update that into the system.
• Tracking above clients employees related information e.g. employment agreements, Iqamas, vehicles.
• Tracking client’s offices rentals renewals, vehicles data, and manpower records.
• Ensuring all clients documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing system.
• Arranging vehicles ground support to the clients.
• Order office supplies
Translating all the correspondents in bilingual format from English to Arabic and vise-versa.
• Coordinating with all concern departments in order to update technical and industrial data base.
• Creation of a hard and soft copy for all MODA corresponds within technical and industrial departments.
Media Advisor to the Ambassador:
His Excellency the Ambassador used to have day-to-day meetings with staff of Media department in the embassy for discussing political issues related to the UAE-Pakistan relations and events that take place in Pakistan. In those meetings my performance was to brief his Excellency about hot issues along with my input and analysis.
• Translating Political and economics’ reports from English, Urdu and Pashto into Arabic and vice-versa.
• Attending / participating and representing UAE Embassy at meetings, conferences, public talks in government circles and
INGOs seminars.
• Liaison with local journalists and electronic media
Responsible for Office development and all administrative/representative relations
• Correspondence with Govt. departments in UAE
• Responsible for Hotel and Tickets for the ambassador and arrangement of his movements in Pakistan.
• Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, and conferences etc, attended by the ambassador
• Attending meetings with H.E and keep minutes
• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) for H.E office
• Make travel arrangements for embassy diplomates
• Handle confidential documents and ensuring they remain secure
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
