i. Prepare all QA/QC documents including ITP (Inspection & Test Plan), Weld map as per project specification and client requirements.
ii. Check and verify all piping material and other piping components as per project specifications and isometric drawings.
iii. Conduct In process inspection on fabrication of all piping spools and other piping components.
iv. Perform Fit up inspection during fabrication prior to welding & perform Final visual & dimensional inspection for all piping spools.
v. Perform Site installation inspection for all piping spools as per the Isometric drawings.
vi. Preparing Hydro test Packages & Perform Hydro tests on shop as well as Site.
•Plan and organize the QA/QC monitoring program in accordance with the Project scope of work and Technical specification.
•Attending Pre-inspection and Project inspection meeting with clients for confirmation of project QA/QC requirements and responsible for maintaining proper records to demonstrate that all the project requirements are met.
•Evaluation of sub-vendors for services like Fabrication, Non Destructive testing, PMI, Galvanizing and Blasting/Painting.
•Responsible for Quality Engineering functions of the company to ensure compliance to the company’s quality control manual and all customer and statutory requirements.
•Performing ARAMCO Projects as per ARAMCO Inspection Standards.
•Fabrication and welding inspection of Storage tanks, Steam ducts, Manifolds, Condensate tanks, Heavy Structural Steels & Miscelleneous Structural Steel Like Handrails, Ladders etc.
•Review of Material Test Certificates (MTC’s), destructive and non-destructive test reports.
•Review of welder qualification records (WPQR).
•Conversant with welding process like SMAW, FCAW & TIG welding
•Dimensional and visual inspection of heavy structural steel, Condensate Tanks & Small pressure vessels used in oil, gas, petrochemicals, pipe racks and building.
•Performing Hydro and Pneumatic Testing.
•Performing Blasting & Painting / Galvanizing inspection as per approved procedures.
•Non-destructive testing as per approved procedures.
•Review and witnessing of post weld heat treatment as per & approved procedure.
•Responsible for Internal & External calibration for Measuring & inspection instruments.
•Coordination with third party and client inspectors to resolve QA/QC problems, customer complaints concerning quality through overall project.
•Preparing and compiling Q.C. documentation as per client’s specifications & approved QITP.
•Familiar with ASME II, V, VIII, IX, B31.1, 31.3, API 650 & 653, AWS D1.1, ASTM & DIN standards.
•Responsible for overall quality matters regarding Incoming Inspection, Process Inspection, & Final Inspection.
•Minimize defects by using defects solving techniques i.e. Fish bone Method to achieve the required quality of customer.
•To maintain daily quality Inspection & Process Inspection data & arrange in monthly Pareto Diagrams & Bar graphs.
•Look after overall quality matters in different departments (Injection Molding, Lacquering, Metalizing & final Assy.) & analyze them by different quality techniques.
•Working in continuous improvement programs with emphasis on to reduce internal/external defects by utilizing Kaizen, Obeya Room, Fish bone analysis, Process Mapping, SPC, 5S activities.

•Successfully Analysis and follow up of Internal and External Non Conformity Reports & suggest countermeasures with concerned department to provide defect free product to the customers.
•Working on S.Q.A.M by preparing its required documents.
•Preparing Operation standards & Process & Material Specifications of different products to standardize process and product.
•Working on T.S 16949 (Technical Specification) by preparing Control plans, FMEA, Process flow charts, Layouts & SPC Techniques.
•To Audit various departments according to I.S.O 9001-2000 & T.S 16949
•Internal and External Calibration.
•Working towards quality improvement by deduction in reworking which effect on quality of products.
•Analyze defects by Fishbone diagrams and prepare target-monitoring sheets to meet customer requirements.
