Provide operation control of chilled water flow rate, adjust flows, temperature, and pressures, its auto mode, and direct chilled water deliveries.
Perform intermediate-level maintenance (motor alignments, remove/replace small equipment, equipment inspections/servicing, minor welding, preventive maintenance duties)
Perform charging process mathematical computations to determine proper usage of electrical energy and correct amount of energy discharge and charge.
Respond to emergency alarms, and maintain a high level of health and safety standards.
Understand standard operating procedures for each equipment
Understand safety regulations for all equipment.
Execute work instruction as per organization’s SOPs including but not limited to.
Watching gauges dials’ or other indicator to make sure a machine is working properly.
Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and kind of maintenance is needed.
Conducting tests and inspections equipment to evaluate quality or performance.

• Preventive & Routine Maintenance of all HVAC equipments including Chillers, A/C units & their related equipments on the sites. Installation & Commissioning of HVAC systems according to the drawings & specifications. Including Chillers, DX units, Package A/C, Ducted Split A/C units, A.H.U., F.C.U.& Ventilation fans.
• Trouble-shooting & fault rectification in the control wiring of the Chillers & control system. and attending breakdown calls & completing repairs in Electrical & Mechanical sides of the Ref. & A/C system in the Chillers, Package A/C, F.C.U.& Split A/C. Repairing & Overhauling of Semi-harmetic compressors.
