Roles and Responsibilities:
Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):
-Ensures optimal staffing of teams in alignment with Sr. Manager Products and IT Testing groups.
- Manages projects, responsible for defining the project plans in coordination with other areas, like Products and IT Testing.
- Ensures end-to-end delivery of IT solution by managing time schedule and ensuring coordination between IT Development groups.
- Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions.
Duties:
1. Keeps abreast of latest software development methodologies in order to be able to program or customize best-in-class IT solutions
2. Analyzes technical specifications, logical structure and design components in order to understand programming requirements and help Project Management and Planning & Coordination in their estimations
3. Ensures quality and efficiency of generated code, by providing tools, training and other required items to the staff in the department
4. Ensures that all EDCH/ IT standards, processes and guidelines are followed by the subordinates while programming
5. Prepares various reports in order to support decision-taking processes of management
6. Manages, monitors and evaluates the section’s on-going performance and quality of its output and services
7. Provides clear direction, sets targets, prioritizes tasks and assigns responsibilities for the Development teams i.e. allocates resources to projects in coordination with Director/IT Development 8. Provide technical leadership to all development teams
9. Collaborate and coordinate with other cross functional groups
10. Need to work closely with Project Management group to create future delivery schedule/project delivery schedule that meet delivery target
11. Interface with customers (if required) to address technical queries and after feedback for better alignment of requirements

• Maintain Agreements, Tariff checking / maintenance and providing feedback to International EDCH Clients and ensure seamless support 24/7.
