Contracted through CEG, worked as resident Projects Manager with SEC PMO to manage and execute the following projects:
- Project Manager for upgrading GIS system (DB UDM Model and GUI) project.
- Project Manager for shifting Field Force Management System (FFMS) infrastructure project.
- Project Manager for SEC New Infrastructure (VMWare & Citrix) project.

• ELA Manager for Saudi Electrical Company (SEC) - ELA contract to support all SEC offices in Kingdom, where my responsibilities to manage and control GIS Services, Technical Issues and Technical team in different GIS offices and upgrade of services running in parallel in different regions, directly reporting to PMO director.
• Senior Consultant for GIS Utilities based projects in different domains like Water, Electricity and Telecom covering most of project deliverables areas: Field Survey, Data Analysis, Application Analysis, System Architecture, RDBMS system configuration, Technical Writing, Consultancy Reports to higher management.
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of wide GIS Implementation Strategy in support of SEC GIS Enterprise Roadmap.
• Develop GIS Implementation Strategy to support the development of Enterprise GIS Roadmap; defining the elements and scope, methodology and approach, and milestones and objectives for successfully implementing GIS Enterprise solutions.
• Where required, facilitate and support the development and adoption of Enterprise GIS Roadmap working in partnership with SEC in defining resources, timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop an Evaluation Process to support the overall monitoring and reporting of progress and implementation; working with stakeholders to review evaluation results and provide regular feedback and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate all stakeholder engagement working closely with all levels of Management. Provide summary reports on progress, minutes of meetings, presentations material, and other formal documentation and deliverables.
• Provide GIS consultancy services to GIS Projects for Contractors, SEC projects managers and coordinators into different areas: Field Survey, Data Analysis, Application Analysis, Architecture Analysis, Legacy systems analysis, writing of reports, present reports to management and technical support.
• Monitor and Control GIS projects progress and provide recommendations for company management.
• Manage day-to-day operations activities in different departments (Customers Support, Technical Support and Sales lead opportunities).
• Manage company services (Subscribers, Devices, IT Infrastructure, Telecom Service and Network, Competitors, Prices, Maps and Software Upgrade).
• Manage technical department entities: Technical Support, Networking, GIS, Technicians and Training events.
• Manager for sales operations, proposals, technical Pre-Sales, sales leads, Presentation and related policies.

- Develop a GPS Tracking application using Map-Objects and Visual Basic 6.0.
- Support company software applications like (Security, Time Attendance and ID Badge systems).

Enhances a command of critical thinking with respect to computer ethics, privacy, and security. - Understand the potential tensions between society and the constraints and opportunities of computing affected - Recognize the potential ethical and social impact in the use and creation of technology.
