Career & Talent Department

Job Description :

Responsible for supporting all aspects of Talent Management in STC by developing and operating end-to-end services for various Talent programs including the planning, communication, follow up, , and evaluation of Talent development programs. Also, ensuring efficient implementation of all Talent programs and designing additional career management programs in order to ensure a healthy pipeline of high-achieving candidates and teams to fulfill the future requirements of STC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in the development and implementation of the Career & Talent Management Department plans in line with the corporate objectives
• Participates in developing and operating all end-to-end services related to talent program, scholarship program, professional development program, high potential program and professional career path program.
• Ensures efficient implementation of all career programs according to design requirements in order to ensure a healthy pipeline of high-achieving candidates.
• Coordinates and designs any additional career management programs which are in line with STC’s HR strategy.

External Training Department

Job Description :

• Coordinate the Implementation of the training plan for STC employees with all STC sectors
• Coordinate the implementation of External training for senior management (President, VP’s, GM’s, Directors, Section Managers)
• Coordinate the course selection for STC’s senior management depending on their individual development plans (IDP)
• Coordinate all External Training Department reports (goals, training, finance, KPI's ...)
• Coordinate The budget Spend on HRD and Control Budget for courses conducted by local & international training companies
• Coordinate the external training expansion with international sister companies
• Coordinate & develop training management system ORACLE OLM
• Participate Improving and developing the external training policies and procedures
• Project manager for:
• Mange and coordinate 360 Check Point Assessment
• Mange and coordinate Profiles XT Assessment
