- HR general reports (Headcount, Saudization, and Tracker) on a weekly bases as well as updating the portal for all the team to use it in their day to day operation work.
- Assist in processing the daily transaction of the all operation section across all the HR section (Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations & services, Learning & development and Government relations).
- Draft HR general announcement. (Employment Changes, Offers, Holidays, policy and procedure).
- Assist in creating some of the critical policies & producers along with development of HR forms.
- Handling Contracts Renewals / Termination/Resignation process.
- Calculating the EOS as per the labor law terms.
- Medical Insurance, Adding, Deleting, Claim and upgrading classes with handling renewal of a medical policy.
- Employee leave management (review, audit, report and approve as per the policy).
- Assist in implementing the Employee Self Service (ESS) App to cover leaves, pay slips, attendance and employee profiles.
- Organizational Structure Changes and internal transfer between departments and communicating the changes with performing the required updates in the system.
- Employee financial transactions processing (Employee Loans - Employee salary advance request- Leave advance request- Employee expenses- Penalties deduction and calculation).
- Advertising and surveying for new benefits for all employees (Financial & non-financial).
- Matching the position with department Job Family in the job offer preparation stage in accordance to the internal Job Catalogue.
- Supporting HR various projects (workshops- presentations - Inductions- employee relations- Benefits).
- Offer and contract audit before hiring and obtain the approvals for it.
- Handling the disciplinary actions cases as per the Saudi bylaws and the labor law accordingly. And maintain a track record of all the offenses to report it on an annual basis.
- Assist in handling the Performance management evaluation system.
