I'm Preparing a Professional Ph.D. thesis in international engineering contracts funded from donors and lenders, at Cairo University. I completed my bachelor's and master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University. I'm also an Associate under the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIARb).
I've 14 years nearly of experience in the oil and gas industry, the majority of which is in contracts and claims management, encompassing positions in various international companies, such as GS Engineering & Construction "Korean company". I've also participated in an arbitration case in Egypt and currently served as a negotiator appointed by the claimant (Contractor). I'm currently Contracts Manager for gas projects in the Egyptian petroleum sector.
I have Contract management experience in handling claims for extension of time, variation orders, and other damages at Law from client’s and contractor’s perspective within different types of industries industry including construction, industrial, and Oil & Gas. In addition, a proven successful defense against supplier’s claims for EOT, prolongation, and additional costs. Indeed, reviewing local and international tenders or projects funded by the World Bank in the Arab Republic of Egypt. also ensures Project execution agencies carry out according to Environmental Impact Assessment for projects during construction and operational stages.
•Worked at Engineering department as product design engineer and responsible about process design and continuous improvement on production line.
•Updating quality documentation under supervision of SGS.
•Solving problems related to production line with aid of Six Sigma Technique.
•Organize working with 5s Methodology.
•Participate in establishing new cooker factory comprised in know how transfer, Product Design and choosing the compatible presses due to market share study.

Worked as a mechanical production engineer at Engineering Department. my job description about CADCAM software that related for CNC milling machine which operating with Fanuc system for making a types of required moulds also producing some kind of civil products that installed for water and wastewater industry like flanges and pipes with different diameters.
worked as maintenance and sales engineer at service petrol company, for making a maintenance for all hydraulics tools beside preparing all conferences at more than one petrol companies to introduce company tools.
