* Preparation of chemicals used for the water treatment.
* Assist Chemist for Chemical Analysis and Microbiologist, for Microbiological Analysis
* Review analysis report and maintain quality
* Training employees for GMP
* Schedule CIP
* Organize and co-ordinate meetings
* Report to the management
* * Conducting Quality audits; performing pre-operation inspection of equipment and processing areas; gathering and compiling production samples and ensuring compliance with SOP, Quality and GMP.
* Preparation and review of SOP's technical specifications, summary protocols, validation protocols/ reports and other quality documents.
* Work with QA Manager to develop and/or revise standard operational & working practices and ensure compiance with standards.
* Chemical analysis of incoming raw water and product water, and ensuring quality
* Responsible for investigating the unacceptable results in QA department.

* Preparation of media for microbial analysis
* Microbial examination of sample for aerobic microbes, yeast & mold, coliform species, Clostridium species, E.coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa -etc.
* Identification of species of bacteria from the colonies present using biochemical tests, staining procedure and Microscopic examination.
* Report to the QC Manager

Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Botany and Microbiology
