Supervision to provide all operations services (telecom-electricity-water) bills payment incorporated the system.
Provide quotations from service provider (mail, Pest control, containers, renting cars, water supply, and sanitation communication) to study them in terms of quality of service, prices and also renewing the annual contracts.
Supervising equipped offices and accommodation for the new staff and coordinating with the procurement & Property Management.
Follows-up with relevant departments to achieve implementation of the annual opening new branches plan.
Achieve Recruitment goals by polarizing, headhunting then evaluating job candidates, managing employee's turnover by developing internal program. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
Determines Recruitment requested by studying job requirements with the line Managers to set up the job profile.
External hiring by traveling overseas (India, Philippines, Pakistan, Nepal, Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Oman and Thailand) to select all candidates' manpower (steel fixer, carpenter, welder, computer operators, technicians, accountants, heavy equipment operation and drivers ….etc.).
