I'm working as a part of PMO and my contribution in enhancing PMO Processes behind managing one of the IT Project.
I was hired as a free lancer for Phase II of running project and I did the Visibility Study and evaluated their ability and readiness for the project.
We are a regional company located in UAE, Kuwait and Jordan. our business is specialized on implementing Oracle E-Business suite and we have 3 projects in the Oil and Gas sector.
I'm playing the role of "Project Manager" to manage the implementation of one of the companies also as a "Resource Manager" for the best utilization of the resources over all the projects specially that we are working with a limited number of resources.
Saad Group is an international company working in many fields like Medical, Education, investment and constructions, my role is to implement the Supply Chain starting with the head office and over all the company beside putting the business roles.
I start ed with the company as Technical Support then promoted to be a Supervisor and after proving my self I promoted to be the Department Deputy Manager.
We had more than 15 site (ERP, Insurance and Banking), my role was to manage implementation, supporting the change requests and functional issues beside team management.
