Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities to increase market share
and revenue within government and corporate organizations
• Developing proposals, quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms.
• Working with the event management team to identify new opportunities to deliver innovative
event management services
• Assist with the project management and working with the event management team to ensurethe
smooth running and proper execution of the project. Assist in all financial and legal contract
negotiations with artists and performers.
• Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders on production and event requirements to
support cost effective resourcing.

• Manage the relationships with relevant agencies such as digital, social, creative, research and

• Develop individual marketing campaigns, promotions and events for retailers for e.g. Mall kiosks,
tactics, new store openings events, etc…
• Develop and implement strategic PR programs to achieve significant increases in brand awareness
sharing a unified brand image and voice.
• Act as the main contact for all PR enquiries within the region, keeping relevant
press/media aware of new developments at all times.
• Maintaining awareness of ongoing marketing trends through extensive market research
• Attend trade and public events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create
a pipeline of sales opportunities
Responsible for analysing, planning and implementing all sales and marketing activities as well as
developing new business in the Middle East region. This will entail both strategic and tactical activities
including developing and implementing programs which maximize both short and long range objectives
for the division’s sales growth.
