Working directly under the General Manager with lesser supervision & keeping secrecy. Coordinating in making presentations, accordion, selecting exact & suitable graphics for print & publication, preparing marketing diary for the whole year & taking quotations from external agencies. Creating office as well as showroom graphics for the Middle East & Egypt markets for print (display boards, flex, banner, duratrance, hoardings and illumination boards) & publication (magazine, newspaper, supplement, and catalogue) media. Taking photos of latest styles, naming & coding them, preparing their catalogues & presentations & make them available to the top management, showroom, marketing /sales staff & to the retail customers. Assisting the marketing & merchandising department in the promotional activities (sponsored events, festival gatherings, launching of new products, exhibitions). Attending meetings & taking minutes, proper filing of the documents, answering & screening calls for GM & other assigned works.
In charge of the dealership administration, staff (administration, market research, tele-calling & sales team wing), sales (both prepaid & postpaid connections, mobile phones & accessories) & showrooms. Responsible for monitoring & directing all sales support activities (road shows, campaigns, festival stalls, umbrella campaigns), achieving dealer targets, recruiting, staffing & managing the work force & provide up-to-date training, customer service, updating the stock, preparing various reports (for dealership & superior) & custodian of the showroom assets.
Undertaking administrative activities of the firm, managing the work force & assignment of works to the staff, client queries, service & care and preparing various reports. Arranging & conducting meetings & writing minutes, communicator in-between various media sources & firm, in charge of day-to-day activities in the firm, checking & answering to e-mails, sales co-ordination.
Undertaking the financial activities in the firm including deposits, pledge, settlement of bank-to-bank & branch-to-branch transactions, handling various accounts, gold appraising, fax, answering phone calls, taking daily backup & printouts, filing & maintenance of daily records, updating office stationery & daily reporting the head office.
Even after completing my Bachelor's Degree, Higher Diploma in Co-operation & Advanced Diploma in Multimedia, I join Madurai Kamaraj University, one of the leading Universities in India, for Master in Economics & completed it with good remarks while doing my part time job.

HDC or Higher Diploma in Co-operation is a course especially formulated for co-operative sector, like co-operative banks, co-operative societies etc. Economics, Management, Auditing, Accountancy were the subjects other than Co-operative Law & Management.
