Duties & Responsibilities
►Manage actual project implementation (Material procurements and installations)
►Prepare payroll for laborers.
►Prepares the Contractor's Daily Activity Report.
►Attends Coordination Meeting at jobsites.
►Inspects the materials delivered and prepares the materials delivery report.
►Prepares cutting list of reinforcements of Structural Members.
►Supervised actual implementation of the project to assure quality of works.
►Prepare weather charts and daily activiity reports submitted to the owner or project manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
►Attend pre - bidding / clarificatory bidding conferences.
►Conduct actual site inspection.
►Prepare Quantity Estimate and Cost Proposal for the Prospective Projects.
►Supervised actual implementation of the project to assure quality of works.
►Prepare weather charts and daily activiity reports submitted to the owner or project manager.
►Evaluate plans for revision and submit changer order if any.
►Prepare submittals for project turn-over upon completion of project.
►Attends Coordination Meeting at jobsites.
►Prepares the Contractor's Daily Activity Report.
►Inspects the materials delivered and prepares the materials delivery report.
►Prepares cutting list of reinforcements of Structural Members.
►Prepares Construction Schedule, Equipment Schedule and Manpower Schedule.
