Leading a technical assistance mission to support public sector promoters of infrastructure projects financed by the EUROPEAN INVESTMENT BANK to overcome implementation constraints such as environmental non-compliances, land acquisition difficulties, health & safety nonconformities, and procurement issues.
- Ensuring regular coordination with the mission team members, projects promoters and bank staff, as well as producing regular reporting and attending meetings and site visits.
- Providing technical support and solutions to overcome project implementation blockages generally related to environmental and social issues, griefs management, health and safety non-compliances, procurement and contract management issues.
- Monitoring implementation of the various environmental and social action plans.
- Assisting project promoters in the preparation of contractual deliverables including, stakeholders’ engagement plans, progress reports, land acquisition plans, procurement plans, technical specifications, environmental and health and safety action plans.
- Organizing training seminars and capacity building events to relevant stakeholders of the public sector in such aspects as resettlement, environmental management, health & safety, and road safety.

Environmental impact assessment studies; environmental investigations, audits, due diligences, site remediations, waste management master plans, landfill design, consutruction supervision and monitoring, health and safey, procurement.
Services conducted in several North African and Middle Eastern countries and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Phase I to Phase III environmental audits; Hygrogeologic studies; UST removals; landfill closure design including final cover and landfill gas network; technical specification; health & safety; soil & groundwater sampling; geotechnical investigations; foundation design; site supervision; construction inspections; cost estimates; proposal preparation;
