- Oversee and train the functions of new HR employees and ensure that their duties are accurate and done on a timely basis.
- Ensure that all duties and responsibilities of them are carried out in their absence.
- Ensure that all HR issues are raised and brought the attention of the HR Manager.
- Process the monthly payroll.
- Prepare and submit HR monthly reports and other required reports.
• Responsible about the recruitment in the company:
- Provide support to HR Manager in recruitment, selection and retention activities to meet the manpower requirements especially for the UAE National.
- Advertise for vacancy (internal and external) and schedule a one day interview for candidates and rate them through specific criteria.
- Arrange and send a job offer for the accepted candidate and including him in pension after the joining the company.
- Conduct HR orientation for new employees and assist them to be familiarized and understand the HR procedures and policies.
• Responsible about all HR activates and services (Employee Relation):
- Ensure that all HR issues are raised and brought the attention of the HR Manager.
- Recommend and monitor any disciplinary and capability for staff.
- Monitoring of employees attendance, time record and overtime for employees.
- Ensure that all necessary documents for Critical infrastructure and Costal Production Authority (CICPA) processing for new and renewal pass cards are done and received in a timely manner.
• Supervise Senior HR/PRO Assistant employees:
- Oversee and train the functions of the HR assistant and HR/PRO Assistant and ensure that their duties are accurate and done on a timely basis.
- Ensure that all duties and responsibilities of them are carried out in their absence.
- Review and provide support in preparation of HR budget plan including manpower plan.
- Review compensation and benefit for all positions and provide suggestions.
- Review HR policy & Job Descriptions and recommend changes to management.
- Ensure the goals and objectives of HR Department are achieved by the end of each year.
- Provide consultation to management on employee relations issues and manage all disciplinary actions within the company.
• Working in employees affairs section:
- Well known about HR laws in Federal Governments.
- Key user of HR Oracle system (Bayanati).
- Accomplish all procedures of vacations, promotions, allowances and end of services.
- Perform the comprehensive employee in the HR Department.
• Working in training and development section:
- Designing annul training plan based on TNA for both employees and departments’ needs, the ministry's strategy and the budget of the training.
- Adoption of training institutes in accordance with standards of the ministry.
- Supervising the training courses and measuring the return on investment (ROI).
- Assist the HR Department in obtaining the ISO 10015 (The Quality Management Training System Certificate).
• Working in recruitment section:
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Interviewing the candidates and evaluate them.
- Preparing and sending offer packages.
- Sending required documents of the candidates to obtain security clearness through oracle system (Bayanati).
