Joint Projects Team: my role is to prepare the Intention for Tender scope of work, reply for tender qualifications and clarifications and issue the technical evaluation report to tender committee. At present, two Basic and Feed packages are under evaluation; Bahr Essalam offshore and Area “A” development onshore.
In addition, assist the management in issuing the mid term activity reports and prepare presentations to the owner committee.

El Feel Field Development Division:
Water Injection Project; the Project is aiming to inject 275, 000 BWPD of water to the field reservoir in order to allow the scheduled oil production from the NC-174. To achieve this target MOG B.V is implementing Source Water System; an associated produced Water Treatment, a Water Injection System and relevant necessary utilities and Facilities.

My role is to prepare the scope of work and construction package, prepare the technical evaluation report during the bidding phase, review and approve the plot plans, pipeline alignment sheets, piping drawings, detailed construction drawings; review and approve data sheets, specifications, material requisitions, material technical evaluation reports, purchase orders of the main equipments, piping's. in accordance international standards.
Moreover, review project master schedule, weekly reports, and monthly reports and advice for any expected delays. Analyze extra variation orders and negotiate on a lump sum price.
During construction phase my scope is to assist construction team on reviewing and approval of construction procedures, site design modifications, Mechanical completion, pre- commissioning, commissioning, and start up procedures, as built documentation review and approval.
Furthermore, I play the role of change variation orders committee member to evaluate, negotiate, and finalize the CVR value as well delegated as acting project manager.

Construction SPT at Eni Oil Co. LTD

Mellitah Export System Upgrading Projects: the projects include Offshore and Onshore activities. The Offshore project includes 4Km 32" pipeline and single buoy mooring (SBM) erection capable to load one Million BOP while, the Onshore project includes erection of 100, 000M3 storage tank, shipping pumps, Metering stations, all related Tie INS to the existing plant to facilitate more Operability flexibility, substation. Moreover, a pipeline receiving station to connect Sharara- Mellitah pipeline that introduces El Feel crude to Mellitah plant.
I was assigned as a construction superintendent; my duty is to lead a construction engineer's team in order to supervise the construction daily activities of both projects assuring the quality of work in accordance to project specifications and international standards. Evaluate the master construction plan against to project milestones and Company priority goals, review monthly and weekly reports and warn contractors in case of expected delays. Review and approve the construction, commissioning, and start up procedures, site design modifications, review and approve the final documentation procedure to assure their fulfillment to Company requirements.
Moreover, to eventually carry out the role of interface coordinator, which required high communications skills, with the existing plant key personal in order to achieve the projects target.
In addition, I was assigned as a member of the final contract settlement committee and finally, coordinate the work with contractor, vendor, and end user to solve warranty issues with new equipment.
