Being responsible for the overall Project/ Program success; my work profile includes but not limited to Directing and overall project and Program management; preparation & review of project management plans & Quality plans (PMP & PQP), Capability & Feasibility study Reports, project inception reports and project progress reports. Preparation and final review of HSE Reports; Quality KPI Reports; Planning Critical Activity Reports; Commercial Reports & Payment reviews; Monthly Dashboard presentations; Change management (NPC & AVV), Value Engineering; Risk Analysis & Enterprise/Program Risk Mgt. and all project management activities including PMO activities & all functions from inception to completion of projects & Program.

• Overall Project Management and tracking of Project- Technically and Financially.
• Manage change issues, maintain an issues log, correspondence and prepare field instructions and variation orders as appropriate.
• Maintain all site records on potential or notified claims and act as primary source of information for the disputes adjudication board (DAB).
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned
works.
• Handling and guiding the team of engineers/ contractor/ vendors for ensuring the progress from line out to commissioning of the assets as desired, recording deviations and delays at site and take the mid-course corrections to make up the delays in consultation with Project head.
• Achieving execution efficiencies including Manpower & Material Management control of scope/extra items/ costs/ Quality concerns and enforcement of the contractual obligations.
• Overall coordination with the concerned authorities/departments and ensure project cost and time optimization by finalization of project designs and specifications based on a value-engineering process, adopting best possible procurement strategies and material selection, best suited construction methodologies, best suited contracting strategy/vendor selection.

Experience in Management, Design, Estimation, Surveying & Execution of different projects including Water & waste water Treatment plants; Desalination & Demineralization Plants (STP-conventional, Extended Aeration, MBR technology & RO methodology); Pipeline projects - underground & overhead (AC/FC; GRP/GRE; HDPE/LDPE; UPVC; D.I, C.I, CS & S.S); Irrigation channels & lagoons; Hydroelectric power plants-(Tunnels & Dams); Reservoirs & Tanks (RCC & GLS); Landscaping (Hard & Soft); Swimming Pools (including Water features & Spa/Jacuzzi); Infrastructures including Roads & Building facilities for different Development projects; Environmental & Aquatic Projects (involving best Engineering technology like Shotcreting, Shoring, Waterproofing, Dewatering, tunneling) at different geographical locations - (Gulf; MENA; UAE; Oman; KSA & India)

• To put in place a comprehensive project schedule right from field investigation, statutory clearances up to complete handover to the customers including resource scheduling and constantly track the project progress on all fronts vis-a-vis schedule. Overall Cost & schedule management.
• To proactively interface with operations dept/ process dept/ management and with other departments and engage them in problem solving/decision making and also to suggest solutions based on self experience/knowledge.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Responsible for completion of projects on time, to maintain the prescribed quality parameters and to prepare, allocate and maintain the financial budgets of all the projects within the area.
• Responsible to develop a good liaison with the Consultant, Client and Government Departments. Finalization of Subcontractor and Supplier with consultation of line Managers and Tendering Deptt.
• Organizing & attending all meetings with construction team, vendors and other relevant participants to make them understand total execution plan, time frames, construction drawings, QA/QC standard & practices, critical construction stages, safety procedures/ policy, compliances of various labor laws

• Management & proper utilization of Manpower, Machines, Materials for multiple projects.
• Manage third party issues such as conflicts with other construction operations in the area and liaise with the authorities and utility companies.
• Reviewing Estimation, Design, Process and Execution for different Treatment packages, RCC Tanks, Reservoirs& Channels; Foundations of GLS Tanks and RCC elements (like Beams, Columns & slabs) in addition to other structural components.
• Follow up for Inspections & Approvals for different processes with Authorities like D.M, Civil Defense, and JAFZA & DEWA for the Approval/NOC.
• Internal & External Meetings with Clients, Consultants & subcontractors in addition to progress Meetings & other meetings. Sub-contractors quality checking/ bills verifications
• In charge for scaffolding, Waterproofing, Dewatering, Stabilization works, Guniting Works

• Correspondences / Inspections / Proposals / Variations & cost savings/ Value Engineering.
• Reviewing Shop Drawings/ Specifications/Plans & Procedures/ Method Statements.
• Managing & Reviewing Estimations, Process & Design, Execution / Construction.
• Ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budget, managing programmes and packages of work and resolution of delays & cost control measures.
• Preparation of Dashboard, Risk Registers & cost Management (EVM).
• Additional charge (as Incharge for Waterproofing & Guniting Works section - (Technical & Administration control of the working Teams).

• Management for execution of technical works related To Dam, Tail Race, Penstock, Rock bolting works, Shotcreting & Tunnel works and Infrastructure Civil works, related pipeline networks & Internal Road works, Staff Residential units as per issued drawings and specifications.
• Supervision of Civil & MEP works for labor Housing works (staff quarters).
• Keeping records of daily progress/ activities and proactively taking appropriate action for the resources /material/ manpower deployment. Laborers monthly reports / Leave approvals /Team Leadership / Laborers- Health, Safety & First Aid
• Supporting planning & mgt. teams (QHSE) and monitoring procedures to cover all aspects of design, procurement, manufacture and installation of components on and off site.

• Management & Execution of all construction activities with core team for all sites.
• Supporting Planning & Design; Sales, Contracts & Procurement teams at all levels.
• Team Leadership / Controlling manpower & machines.
• Meetings with Clients, Consultants & contractors in addition to scheduled progress & safety meetings at site and Preparation/ Review of Reports.
• Conducting contract negotiations, incl. systematic documentation and communication of the negotiation results, to ensure achievement of the planned volume of new orders in line with the stipulated positive margin.
• Maintain all site records on potential or notified claims and act as primary source of information for the disputes adjudication board (DAB). Maintaining daily/ weekly / monthly work progress.
• Trouble shooting local issues, resolving vendor queries & various clarifications about drawings/ execution etc., on day to day basis
