•Technical consult for the Information Center, software development and the database departments in MPW.
•Provides technical training, guidance, and resource support for Ministry developers, systems analysts, and end user staff.
•System analysis and business system design
•Writing application documentations (SRS, FRS, RTM, Design Document, Test Plan, Test Report, User Guides and Training Manuals).

problems, including user access and component configuration.
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine
feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system.
• Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
