•Technical consult for the Information Center, software development and the database departments in MPW.
•Provides technical training, guidance, and resource support for Ministry developers, systems analysts, and end user staff.

•Writing application documentations (SRS, FRS, RTM, Design Document, Test Plan, Test Report, User Guides and Training Manuals).
•Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems

feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system.

• Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
